Snazzy new outfit

Well, I just finished the upgrade to WordPress 1,5 and all seems to be working fine. The stylesheet still needs some tweaking with regard to the image tags, but for the rest it’s working nicely. All that’s left to do now is activate the spamkarma plugin :) (update: done, now bring it on you spamming fucktards).

Family fun

So yesterday the whole family was invited for dinner since my grandmother’s sister flew over from Canada. I had an extremely fun time snapping pictures left and right (babies are such a wonderful subject) and stayed up till 3am this morning prepping cd’s for all the relatives. As a bonus I took a stab at locating the artist in me and created these little gems (if I do say so myself):

Advanced
You scored 100% Beginner, 93% Intermediate, 87% Advanced, and 61% Expert!

You have an extremely good understanding of beginner, intermediate, and advanced level commonly confused English words, getting at least 75% of each of these three levels’ questions correct. This is an exceptional score. Remember, these are commonly confused English words, which means most people don’t use them properly. You got an extremely respectable score.

Gnome 2.10 bursting with features

Just shows how much the Gnome hackers think about usability: take out the possibility to edit the application menu completely. Maybe for 2.12 we can strip out some more features and it might finally run at a reasonable speed.

Usability my ass.

(For the record: no I don’t use KDE, I use Gnome. I think I have a right to bitch about a feature being removed which I use a lot).

Aieeeeee!!!!

Tomorrow is Wisdom Tooth Extraction Day.

Not looking forward to this one.
